Yes, this simple technique is so powerful that we could not even imagine. Mudras are performed at different levels and divided in categories like below 1. Hasta Mudra - Jnana, chin, yoni etc. - redirect prana emitted by hands into body 2. Mana- Head Mudra - Shambhavi, Kheechari, Shanmukhi - eyes, ears,nose,tounge,lips 3.
