Over 50s ALL LEVELS 30 Minute Full Body Hiit Cardio Weights Workout NO REPEAT Welcome to my 30 minute all levels hiit workout. In todays over 50s workout we will be doing a mix of cardio and weights. We have 15 weighted exercises followed by 15 cardio exercises. We will spend 40 seconds on each exercise followed by a 20 seconds rest. This cardio and weights workout will include a full body warm up with a full body cool down stretch. This hiit workout will also have no repeat exercise.
