In this video, I show you how to make spicy red chutney recipe. This perhaps my favourite recipe for any chutney that you can find out there. There's only a specific type that I like but I was so happy with the way this turned out because in its colour, in its look, in its taste and smell, it was exactly the way I love my red chutney to be. My mum often makes this chutney at home, especially with pakora's and bhajias, and it was the first time that I tried out her recipe. This chilli chutney recipe is versatile because you can have it with a whole of host of foods such as pakora, samosa, kebab, idli, falafel, chaat, dosa etc. This homemade chutney is so good, I thought, no one could make red chilli chutney this good! There's one restaurant I always love to buy chutney along with other snacks from, that would have the same taste and smell like the one I made in this video, and I was over the moon for discovering that this red chutney I show in this video compares to their one, as no one, literally no one does it as good as them! The spicy red chutney recipe contains the following ingredients: 1/2 cup ketchup 1tbsp chilli & garlic sauce 1 cherry tomato 1/2 green chilli 1 clove garlic handful coriander salt to taste 1/4tsp Kashmiri chilli 1/2tsp cumin seeds 1/2tsp jagri squeeze juice from 1/2 a lemon add a tiny splash of water now grind it all and it's ready to taste!
