Just a reminder, these were shot by my guests hosts over a month ago and were meant to be seen when I was on vacation. So his jokes about my absence were done in reference to the vacation I was supposed to have taken. It’s International Sandwich Sunday, guest host edition! Our guest host today hails from Malaysia and is an international TV-host, cookbook author, all around food enthusiast. Today, she’s making sandwich of her history, one based off of the super flavorful dish NasiLamak. I am so gonna make this sandwich. Also, just a reminder, my guest host shot these for when I was going to be on vacation which is why you will hear them reference me being on vacation.
