Today’s sandwich comes from a cookbook, Sensational Sandwiches, share with by JC Townsend. It’s from a now close restaurant called Roy’s Place in Gaithersburg, Maryland. JC use go there with his parents and I have to say, the book has some interesting sandwiches. Liked today’s oddly named Doug Llewelyn. I’m sure there’s an interesting backstory to the name but the book doesn’t really hint at it. It just makes a really bad dad joke about there being two Ls in the name Llewelyn. At any rate, today we get to pair ham with shrimp salad. I think it’s gonna be pretty tasty tbh.
