How To Do A PRONE LYING LEG SCISSORS | Exercise Demonstration Video and Guide

The Prone Lying Leg Scissors is a bodyweight exercise that targets the glutes. To get started: 1. Lie down on your stomach on the floor, with your legs fully extended, toes pointed, and arms down by your sides. 2. Contract your glutes to lift your legs off the ground. This is the starting position. 3. Under control, open your legs as your contract your glutes, then slowly close them. 4. To ensure your glutes are contracting, I like to tap them with my fingers. I find this helps with the mind muscle connection. 5. Repeat.
