Day 2 of our “Kickstart Series” and we are using dumbbells and focusing on our biceps and back. Throughout this whole series we are using the rebounder for everything and it’s a great way to challenge your balance and core. Today we are on our Leaps & Rebounds Trampolines. Scott is using 5kg dumbbells and Claire is using 3kg dumbbells. Please choose a weight that is going to suit you, especially if this is your first time using weights.
