This is for sure one of the more action-filled moments that I think easily makes the cut for this scene analysis series. Arriving in Mock Town on Jaya, Luffy meets Blackbeard, the main antagonist of one piece in a very unassuming and interesting way. The blackbeard speech always gives me goosebumps. But the conflict in the pub with Bellamy and his men also is an important part in this moment I believe, since the main theme here is that of Dreams. Nami, Luffy and Zoro stating their dream to find the sky island and marshall d teach stating that peoples dreams never end might end up to be one of the most important scenes of the series, especially when looking at any blackbeard theory.
