Anyone can be affected by mental illness. Myths, misunderstandings and negative stereotypes surround mental illness. This can lead to stigma, discrimination and isolation of people with mental health conditions. UNBOXING, a 3-part mini web-series, aims to debunk some of the myths and biases of mental illness. It also hopes to spark conversations and shine some truth behind misrepresented stereotypes associated with certain mental illnesses.
