The stigma surrounding mental health is still prevalent today. Many people are often misinformed about mental health conditions and those who are faced with mental health challenges feel embarrassed about it. ‘Unmasked’ unravels the struggles of individuals with mental health conditions who survived in the multi-faceted world. This film follows Aisha as she shares her struggles in school battling with depression and anxiety. She was able to seek help and eventually, made friends with Yong Yi, with whom she started a peer support group.
