Fr Alex shares that human nature has us accepting the way we are even though it is not as we should be. Can you relate to those words? 2. Compromise is accepting the gap between who I am and who I should be. Are there areas of your life where you see obvious gaps between where you are and where you know you should be? 3. Fr Alex shares that compromising acts over time can set up a permanent spot in the sacred place in our hearts. What are the practices, activities, routines, actions, decisions you are making that over time have set up a place in your heart that you know you need to remove? 4. “Take these things out of here! Stop making my Father’s house a marketplace!” John 2:16. Why did Jesus’ words create such a strong negative reaction from the religious leaders of the day? 5. “For God’s temple is holy, and you are God’s temple.” 1 Corithians 3:17. Have you ever viewed yourself as God’s temple? What do these words mean to you?
