The Gift of Greatness | Mass Effect 2 Playthrough Part 16

Tali is being accused of betraying the migrant fleet. She is being summoned before the grand admiralty board in order to face judgment for her crimes. Her father happens to be a part of the board, and may have to make a hard decision for his daughters future . Tali is being accused of a crime that she knows she did not commit. Shepard and Tali head to the migrant fleet, where she is to be tried in a court summons. Friends of Tali are shocked to see her being accused, and it seems that Tali's father is nowhere to be found. After some discussion in the the court, it turns out that Tali had been sending her father Geth parts, and coincidentally her fathers lab was overrun by geth not long after. Shepard decides to speak up, and offers to investigate the lab, and try to find Tali's father in the process. The board allows allows both of them to do so, and they head to the lab in search of answers. Upon arrival, the lab is already geth infested, and they fight their way further into the facility. Unfortunately, they are far too late, as Tali's father is found deceased. Through a message left by her father and recordings, her father was experimenting of the geth technology, and it quickly took a turn for the worse. Knowing that this information would condemn Tali's father but prove her innocence, Tali asks Shepard to not bring this evidence forward. Shepard obliges her, and Tali is then freed from all charge. Now that Tali is innocent, the crew heads back to the Normandy, and Shepard turns his attention to Jacobs long lost father....
