My Youtube Channel Link is on my Profile ▶️    • Papaya Salad Recipe | Som Tum | Bok Lahong...   Recipe: 1/2 Lb of Sliced Pork Belly 2 Cups of Sliced Cabbage 🥬 2 Tbs of Vegetable Oil 1 Tbs of Minced Garlic 🧄 1 Cup of Sliced Onion 🧅 Sauce 👇🏻 1 Tbs of Chicken Bouillon 1 Tbs of Fish Sauce 1/2 Tsp of Monosodium Glutamate 1 Cup of Water 1 Tsp of Black Pepper Instructions: 1. On high heat add oil to pan, then add minced Garlic 🧄 give a quick stir until fragrant. 2. Add sliced Pork Belly, stir and cook for 2-3 Mins. 3. Add sliced cabbage 🥬, stir it in for 1-2 mins. Then quickly add in your sliced onions 🧅. 4. Gave it a toss or stir for 1-2 mins. 5. Lastly, add in your Sauce. Stir for 30 Secs to a Min. Turn off the Heat. Then it’s ready to serve. Note 📝 this is best paired with Jasmine Rice or Glutinous Sweet Rice (Sticky Rice). Always a hit with the kids, my Mom got me to eat by making this on a daily 😂🙌🏻🙏🏻.
