Maple Roasted Potatoes - Super Simple with Minimal Steps

Maple Roasted Potatoes - Super Simple with Minimal Steps

This Maple Roasted Potatoe set-it-and-forget-it recipe is the perfect for those with busy schedules. It's quick, easy (10-15 minute preparation) and uses only 1 tray (no extra pots or pans to wash). No need to turn them halfway cooking and only 3-4 ingredients needed. This is a no-fail method for crispy brown potatoes with creamy, soft insides. The perfect quick side dish or afternoon snack. I am recommending using yellow potatoes but yukon gold (or russet) potatoes can be used as a substitutes. You can use any other seasoning of choice but I recommend the maple seasoning as it gives the potatoes a slightly sweet flavor profile. Each time I make these, they are usually gone within half an hour. I recommend finishing the potatoes the night of as they are best eaten hot out of the oven. Make sure you salt/pepper AFTER roasting them. If you add salt before roasting, it draws out the moisture and prevents the browning of edges. The pepper tends to burn if you add it before roasting.
