Oven Braised Beef Cheeks is hands down my favourite beef dish aside from steak. Cooked over long hours with low heat, this dish is almost failproof, yet it yields such a mind-blowing taste. Good quality beef cheeks can be hard to find here in Singapore as not many people know the existence of this cut of beef, and the quality of the beef cheeks you can find at your supermarket butchers (if you can even find it at all) are not worth your money. I recommend buying from an actual butcher store that specializes in selling beef.
