Batman: Arkham Origins (PS3) Gamechive (Most Wanted 1/9: Enigma, Extortion File #1 Location Guide)
"Side Mission: Most Wanted 1/9: Enigma (Extortion File #1 Location Guide: Data Handler & Datapacks) [Park Row]"—The first part of the "Enigma Most Wanted" side mission involves shutting down his networks in each of Gotham City's districts*. After that, the second part of this side mission involves locating hidden datapacks** (200 in total) spread throughout the city's districts. As groups of datapacks are found, they unravel extortion files (20 in total) on Gotham's leaders (for blackmail) that Enigma threatens to release to the public. Their locations are plotted on the map by interrogating Engima's data handlers in each district. Data handlers are usually mixed in with a group of thugs, and when detected and scanned, they are identified by a green aura. Note: It's suggested to wait until the end of the game (in free roam) to complete this portion of the side mission since many of the datapacks can't be obtained without the use of certain gadgets (which are naturally obtained during the story mode). In this segment, the data handler (DH) and the 10 datapacks (DP) that comprise Extortion File #1 (Commissioner Loeb #1) are found in the Park Row district. DH = Behind the Solomon Wayne Courthouse. DP#1 = Attached to the "Transatlantic by Air" blue billboard (above the tunnel that leads to Bane's Field HQ). DP#2 = Beside the GCR tower. Charge up generator w/Shock Gloves, run over pads, and use the Batclaw to snatch it. DP#3 = Inside a shack on the lower edge of a building to the left of the GCR tower. Spray Explosive Gel on the weak wooden wall. DP#4 = Far north below the bridge. Destroy the computer terminal on the ground to release it. DP#5 = Walk over the pad on top of the church, grapnel over to steeple, and use Batclaw to grab it. Be quick! DP#6 = Inside a shack on top of the building with a Soder Cola blue neon sign on its side. Spray Explosive Gel on the weak wooden wall. DP#7 = On the other side of a building across from DP#36, under the Amertek orange billboard, is a set of five green switches on the wall. At just the right moment (when all lights are active), throw a Batarang at the light on the far right. DP#8 = Beside the GCR tower is a building with a pad on its roof. Across from there is an "Oil Tankers" billboard. This one is tricky as it's timed, and requires gliding back and forth between buildings while only touching the pads. DP#9 = In the abandoned Solomon Wayne Courthouse. DP#10 = Inside the Park Row Church, in a duct in the back.
