After trailing for most of the evening, Thomas took over in the game's final moments, scoring eight points in less than two minutes, thrusting the Pistons into a lead they'd never relinquish. Through the Detroit Pistons' multi-championship run, Isiah Thomas learned to pick his spots. In the 1990, Thomas chose the entirety of the NBA Finals.
