Blinded Marine's Path to Education & Employment

Blinded by a roadside bomb in Iraq in 2004, ret. US Marine Corporal Michael Jernigan endured an arduous road to recovery before he entered college and graduated with Learning Ally's help. Today he is happily married, working as a community development manager at Southeastern Guide Dogs, and advocating on behalf of veterans and others with disabilities.
