Michael Jernigan - USMC - Nails the moving target

Team, attached is a video from this past weekend. Here are some facts: the target is moving at about 5 mph, it's an exploding target (because that's just good clean fun) and it's about 50 yards out. On any given range day, that's would be a great hit for an experienced shooter. However, one thing that is important to note, the shooter is a blind Marine (IED attack). You will also notice behind the shooter is CSM (Ret) Rick Lamb as his spotter.
