Amudat, Kumi residents welcome water project

Euphoria swept across the backwaters of Karita sub-county in Amudat and Kachumu sub-country in Kumi as residents received clean water for the first time. This is after a good Samaritan, Dr. Patrick Mutono, who is the former Butebo County MP, constructed boreholes and protected springs for these communities. Locals revealed that they have been sharing water sources with livestock, which poses health risks.
