Cleveland weather: Another wintry system brewing

If you were hoping the rest of the extended forecast featured more warmth...you may need to glance at a different city's extended forecast somewhere else. NE Ohio is expected to trend unseasonably cool for the next week or so. Keep the winter gear handy. Our next system that has winter-like characteristics arrives late Tuesday. This will likely start as rain and transition to snow as temperatures. Just like this past weekend, this system will swirl around bringing cold air off Lake Erie which will lead to more chances for lake effect snow showers.
