Feel free to adjust seasonings to your taste 💕All purpose Chicken Filling: 2tabsp Oil 1.5 kg chicken chunks boneless 1 tabsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Salt 1 tabsp chili flakes 1 tabsp black pepper 1 tsp Dried oregano 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 2 tabsp soy sauce 1 tabsp chilli sauce 1.5 tabsp BBQ Sauce 🤍Filling -1: Divide into 2 parts. One part can be used for box patties or samosa. @cookedbysabeen I added it in 8 boiled potatoes . Add 1 tbsp crushed dry roasted coriander seeds. Adjust the spices to taste. Tamper with 1 tabsp oil , mustard seeds , nigella seeds & cumin. Altogether 1 tsp seeds. 🤍Filling 2 for FILO PASTRY FLOWERS: In remaining chicken, add 1 cup grated carrot & 2-3 cups of cabbage. Add soy & chilli sauce & bbq sauce. If water releases, add upto 1 tablespoon cornflour to the mixture. A little cooled, add 1 tabsp mayonnaise.Mix. Again Divide it into 2 parts, if desired. 🤍Filling 3 for PUFF PASTRY: Add sweet corn and cheese. —————————- 💕Copy Cat Butter chicken 1/2 kg boneless chicken 2 tabsp butter 1 tabsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tabsp coriander powder 1 tabsp balochi karahi mix( or tandoori masala) 1 cup milk 2 tomatoes blended Cook till done. Add 1 tabsp tomato paste. Keep it dry if using for filling. Add butter on top with freshly cracked pepper. 💕Garlic Chicken Buns: 1 kg all purpose flour ( approx 8 cups) 1 tabsp salt 1 tabsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp dried herbs. Knead with a mixture of 1 tabsp instant yeast dissolved in a cup of warm water. Further, Add yogurt & water mix for smooth kneading. Knead till a smooth dough achieved that bounce back when pressed. Oil the dough and cover it to rise in a warm place. 💕White Sauce Chicken filling: 1 large chicken breast, boiled with a quarter tsp Salt and shredded. For white sauce, heat up 2 -3 tabs butter. Fry one small onion cubes till translucent. Add 2 tabsp all purpose flour. Cook for 2-3 minutes on slow flame. Add 1 cup warm milk to avoid lumps. Stir continuously till thickened. Add chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Let it cook till it forms a soft dough like consistency. Let it cool. 🤍Spinach Cheese filling: Saute a cup of fresh spinach in a tsp of oil. When cooled, mix with white sauce chicken filling. Add cheese if desired. 💕Aaloo paratha Knead regular wheat flour with a tsp of salt , pinch of caraway( ajwain) and nigella seeds. Boil 1 kg potatoes. Mash them & add Salt , chilli powder, ginger garlic paste , cumin, coriander powder, garam masala powder and chat masala powder. Taste it , add more spices if required.
