Ingredients: 1 Packet Ching’s Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles 5-6 Cups water ¼ Cup julienned carrot ¼ Cup red bell pepper ¼ Cup sliced onion ¼ Cup chopped spring onion 2 Tbsp oil 3 Tbsp minced ginger-garlic 2 Green chilli sliced 1 Stalk chopped celery 2½ Tbsp Ching’s Dark Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp Ching’s Red Chilli Sauce Salt as per taste ¼ Tbsp black pepper 1 Pinch white pepper ½ Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp chilli oil (optional) Method: 00:00 Introduction 00:08 Boil 5-6 cups of water. Now turn off the heat and then ‘Just Soak’ the Ching’s Noodles in water.
