Share Google Doc on Zoom (& Edit Them Afterwards)

You can share a Google doc over Zoom. This allows the people you share it with to: view the document after the meeting (optionally) edit the document after the meeting. If you share a Google doc in Zoom, it allows participants to access (and optionally edit) the doc after the Zoom meeting is over. You can share your screen in Zoom, or share a Google doc. Combining the two helps you share your documents in a Zoom call, so people can use the document afterwards. Here's a good way of keeping notes of a meeting while on a Zoom conference call. 1. Open a Google Document 2. Share your screen from within Zoom (this allows the other party to view your screen) 3. Share the Google Doc using the Share button (top right hand side) 4. After you end the meeting, the other party will still be able to edit the same document. This video shows you exactly how to do this.
