You can share files and documents with other people in Zoom meetings. There are a few ways to do this. In a chat session, you can share the document with selected people, or with everyone in the meeting. You can also share your screen using Zoom's various screen sharing options. My favourite is to create a Google Doc which you can then share via email. This allows others to edit the document, both within the meeting and after it. This saves the back and forth of sending attachments via email.
