Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water. 意大利面放入滚水中, 煮至软硬适中, 捞起, 过冷水, 加入一些橄榄油拌匀。 Heat olive oil in a pan and add prawns. Cook the prawns for 3-4 minutes till fragrant. Set aside. Add garlic. Saute the garlic on a low flame till fragrant. Add the drained pasta and toss in the sauce. Make sure the pasta is well mixed with the prawn juice and garlic. 烧热2Tbsp 橄榄油, 加入虾先炒香,然后加入蒜头粒炒香。最后加入烫熟的意大利面。搅拌均匀。 Add chilli and parsley.
