Seafood Spaghetti Aglio e olio (for 2 serving) Ingredients A (For spaghetti) 220g spaghetti 1 tsp salt 2/3 pot of water Ingredients (B) 1 tsp clili flakes / granulated 10g chopped parsley 10 pc prawn 250g squid some black pepper coarse 1 tbsp chicken stock powder For fried garlic 8 cloves chopped garlic 3-4 tbsp olive oil Method: 1. Add in salt in boiling water. Cook spaghetti with the boiling water for 12-15minutes . 2. Heat up small pot ,pour in olive oil and fry the chopped garlic with small heat until it's color turns golden brown. 3. Filter the olive oil from fried garlic into cooking pan. 4. Stir fry all the ingredients from (B), except chicken stock powder. Pour in the cooked spaghetti , then pour in the chicken stock powder and stir fry well . Add in fried garlic , stir and mix well. 5. Your Seafood Spaghetti Aglio e olio is ready to be served! 蒜香海鲜意大利面(2人份) 材料(A) (意大利面) 220克干意大利面 1茶匙盐 2/3 锅水 材料 B 1 茶匙 干辣椒碎 10克 切碎西洋香菜 10支 虾 250克 乌贼 少许黑胡椒碎 1 茶匙 鸡精粉 炸蒜米 切碎蒜头8瓣 橄榄油 3-4汤匙 做法: 1.把盐加入煮沸的水。加入意大利面烹煮12-15分钟。 2.用小锅,以小火热橄榄油,把切碎的蒜头炸至金黄色。 3.把油和炸好的蒜米隔开,蒜米油倒进炒锅。 4.除了鸡精粉以外,把所有材料(B) 放入锅拌炒,加入煮好的意大利面,再加入鸡精粉稍微拌炒,最后加入炸蒜米再拌炒均匀。 5.香喷喷的海鲜蒜香意大利面等着您享用啦!
