Weather department has declared an orange alert in Mumbai. The city has been lashed out by heavy rains since lat night and also since morning. There are many places where water has been logged. There is water logging near western express highway at Andheri subway. Police have blocked the same road as there is a water logging from Andheri where vehicles pass by from East to West. Other areas of Mumbai which are facing problems of water logging and heavy rains are Sion, Matunga. Orange alert has been given to Mumbai and Thane. Pune, Raigad, Nasik are on red alert.
