Not gonna lie, my only experience with gefilte fish has been seeing it floating in jars in the grocery store. And it never looked appetizing. But recently, one of you fine sandwich fans sent me a link to a recipe for a Gefilte Fish Sandwich that was developed my Kat Romanow of Fletcher’s in Montreal.
