And you're like oh yeah Grant I am ready! Well here is the second question, I said it would be one but now it is going to be two if you are having to get ready, does that mean you do not stay ready? Look you have got to stay ready now. You have to stay ready every single day, every morning you wake up, you need to be waking up saying I am prepared. I have mental attitude right, I got my heart into the game. And I technically know how to go and grab the market. Its not enough to wish, its not enough to hope, its not enough just to write your goals down once a year. You have got to stay ready now. You're family depends on you, this economy is fragile, it is crazy. You have got retailers complaining about the auto industry, I have sirens outside trying to stop this video you have got things that will happen in your life that you have not prepared for. You have to be ready all the time. Every day of the week, every month of the year so you can take care of your family and your business so that you can expand, because if you are not expanding you are going to be contracting.
