If you go ask Lebron James whether the season matters or the championship matters or winning a ring matters. I guarantee you he will say hey forget that I want to win a ring. Go ask Warren Buffet if his quarterly reports matter the most or the results matter, he is going to say I need results and I need them. Folks you and I both know that the journey matters, but lets face it the destination matters too. I would suggest that you do want to win the trophy, you do want to win the reward, you do want to score.
