WHAT...Accumulating snow expected. Very cold wind chills expected. Plan on difficult travel conditions, including during the morning commute on Friday. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch are expected. Expect wind chills to range from 30 above zero to 25 above zero. WHERE...Portions of Deep South Texas. WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, midnight to 9 AM Friday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, 11 PM this evening to 8 AM Friday. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Look for reduced visibilities at times.
