‘Suffolk Strangler’ Steve Wright CONFESSES to killing Victoria Hall in 1999

Suffolk strangler Steve Wright dramatically changed his plea on Monday and finally admitted Victoria Hall's kidnap "by force or fraud" and murder on September 19 1999. Wright, 67, who is serving a whole life sentence for the murder of five women in 2006, appeared at the Old Bailey on Monday morning, for the kidnap and murder of Victoria on February 2. Victoria was last seen on September 19th, 1999, after a night out with pals at a club in Felixstowe, Suffolk. Her naked body was discovered five days later in a ditch more than 20 miles away near Stowmarket.
