Suffolk strangler: serial killer admits murder 26-years later

He's already in prison serving a whole life term for killing five women in 2006. Now Steve Wright, who's known as the Suffolk Strangler, has surprised many by pleading guilty to kidnapping and murdering 17-year-old Victoria Hall, who disappeared after a night out in 1999. It's the first time he's admitted any killings.
