Join entrepreneur Melissa Ben-Ishay as she discusses her immensely popular "Baked by Melissa" on National Dessert Day. Passionate about baking since childhood and with the idea that people should be able to taste more flavors without a post-dessert guilt trip, Ben-Ishay decided to do what she loved and "Baked by Melissa" was born. Today, "Baked by Melissa" is famous for its signature, bite-size desserts. The brand introduced its first gluten-free product in November 2015, a line of eight gluten free, bite-size cupcakes. In January 2016, "Baked by Melissa" launched its first ever non-cupcake product, a line-up of six bite-size macarons.
