Gamabunta Cherry Wood Sculpture

This is a cherry wood sculpture I made out of a stump of a cherry tree. The cherry wood had some cracks in it, which was filled with a dark wax. The toad itself is polished with a transparent wax, and the lower part of the wooden sculpture is a dark shoe polish. Gamabunta is a character from the animated series Naruto. I did not include his pipe, the symbol on his back, his dagger, or his scar on his eye. Those touches are just a little too much work to do.
