Preparation of capsicum rice: 1. in a large kadai heat oil. 2. Add sliced capsicum and sauté for 1-2 min 3. Add salt and spice powder 4. saute for a minute or till the spice powder turn aromatic. 5. now add boiled rice or leftover rice. 6. mix gently without breaking rice grains. 7. cover and simmer for 5 minutes or till the rice absorbs the masala. 8. further add coriander leaves and serve. 9. Yummy capsicum masala rice is ready. TIPS for yummy capsicum rice recipe. 1. Use left over boiled rice for this recipe which was dry without any moisture or you can also use freshly boiled rice once it is completely cooled without any moisture. 2.
