Big pattern change for our Cleveland weather for later this week

It just feels like we're on borrowed time here in Cleveland. Hopefully you've been able to enjoy this stellar stretch of weather. We'll turn just a tad cooler the next two days as a weak system slides through, but the bigger changes will arrive later this week. Expect passing high clouds to float through tonight with lows in the low 40s. Tuesday's weather will feature sun with increasing clouds. A few showers will be possible later in the day as that system slides by to our north. Temps will still reach into the 60s. We turn a little bit cooler Wednesday as we settle in behind that frontal boundary. Sun will mix with clouds with highs in the upper 50s. Then all eyes turn towards a potent fall storm system that will ramp up in the central and northern Plains. We'll see increasing clouds on Thursday with a line of rain and perhaps a few rumbles moving in from the west late in the day. Winds will pick up as well as the low deepens with gusts over 30 mph possible by Thursday afternoon. Highs will surge back into the mid and upper 60s out ahead of this storm. Rain will quickly exit Friday morning leaving us with sun and some clouds. It should be a pleasant day as we settle into the "dry slot" of this storm system with highs in the 50s. Clouds will return late day with rain and even a few snow showers possible Friday night. We'll remain unsettled into the weekend with much colder air in place. Lake effect rain and snow showers look likely at this point with another system that may bring rain and more lake snows early next week. Highs look to be stuck in the upper 30s to low 40s for several days. READ: https://www.wkyc.com/article/weather/...
