Supreme Court starts new session with empty Scalia seat, Trump or Clinton to choose replacement
The Supreme Court has a 4 to 4 split among liberal and conservative justices as it starts it new session for the 2016 term. President Obama’s nominee, Judge Garland, is blocked by the Republican- controlled Senate. So either Presidnet Hillary Clinton or President Donald Trump will pick the deciding vote.
