Can BPC-157 initiate cancer by damaging healthy DNA? 2. Could BPC-157 promote disease that already exists? 3. Could BPC-157 support tumor blood-vessel growth through angiogenesis? The short version: there is no evidence that BPC-157 causes cancer, and no documented human cancer case attributed to it was found in this video. But there is a real unresolved promotion question, because BPC-157 does activate repair and blood-vessel pathways that are biologically relevant to tumors. Human evidence is too small, too short, and not cancer-focused enough to prove safety or danger either way.
