Final Fantasy VIII Part 19 Return To Balamb

Small trip into Balamb. Yes I did go back in after the fact and get the Pandemona Card from the Hotel Owner, but forgot to hit record and didn't feel like starting the mission over after I realized I forgot to hit the button. But yes, you can get the Pandemona Card after the mission.
