She is the Heart member of the Card Club and she has the Carbuncle Card for you to win. After you win, speak with Nida to "leave" Fishermans Horizon. Immediately press triangle to go back to the garden cockpit. From there, go down to the Infirmary and defeat Dr. Kadowaki in cards (06:37). She does not have any rare cards for you, but it is necessary for you to defeat her in order for you to find the King. 08:48 - King After you defeat Dr. Kadowaki, head to your dormitory and keep resting in your bed until the Card Club King approaches you in your room. Yup, it's Quistis alright. While you do not necessarily have to obtain her rare card here, she holds the Gilgamesh card. Once you have defeated her, she will return to the bridge next to Xu and Nida, so feel free to challenge her there if you need to collect the Gilgamesh Card (like me) (13:39). Once you have completed this, you have completed the Card Club Quest and have unlocked the quickest way to get certain rare items and abilities on disc 4.
