The public can begin joining the speaker queue at 4:30 p.m. for Closed Session, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS. Comments for public hearings will take place after the hearing is opened. Public comments will be held during the beginning of the meeting for all agenda and non-agenda items, except for public hearings.
