HOLIDAY WORKOUT MOTIVATION. Boxing Day HIIT Legs & Abs Workout. (No Equipment, Beginner Friendly)

Welcome Back to Day Two of our Holiday Motivation Workout Series! How are we all feeling after Christmas Day yesterday? Did you enjoy yourself? What was your favourite Christmas tradition? Although the wonder of Christmas Day may be over, the craziness of the in-between period leading up to New Years has only just begun! In today's workout we're stepping it up to work our legs and abs a little more specifically, with Beginner Regressions provided for some of the more challenging moves. Here are the workout deets: Intervals: 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest of Rounds = 2 of Exercises = 4 Duration = 8mins If you'd like to challenge yourself and have the time, you are more than welcome to play the video again and stretch the workout from 8 to 16mins!
