Republican billionaire donor Ken Griffin wants the country - but mainly the Republican Party - to know that Trump is a loser, and he said as much during a recent interview. Griffin called Trump a loser and said that he's putting his money behind Ron DeSantis, and he is going to work to get other Republican donors to do the same thing. Farron Cousins explains what this means for Trump. Link - https://www.businessinsider.com/ken-g... Don't forget to like, comment, and share! And subscribe to stay connected! During an interview during an economic forum this past week, Republican billionaire, mega donor, Ken Griffin, called Donald Trump a loser. And this actually happened after Trump announced that he was running for president. So Griffin, who's given $60 million to Republicans just in this past election cycle, called the guy, the only guy right now running for president on the Republicans, I'd called him a loser, even worse, called him a three time loser. Here is what Griffin had to say about the man that he once gave several million to. I'd like to think that the Republican party is ready to move on from somebody who has been for this party, a three time loser. And of course he's referring to 20 18, 20 20, 20 22. I really hope that President Trump sees the writing on the wall. DeSantis is going to run on a record of just unbelievable accomplishment. Uhoh uhoh, Ken. Now you're invoking the feud that we all know is coming. Hell we don't know. It's coming like it's already happening. The feud between Trump and DeSantis, cuz Trump's out there fighting him and DeSantis is fired back telling people, just look at the scorecard from less last Tuesday. But Griffin's comments here do carry a lot of weight because Griffin is a mega donor within the Republican party. Again, 60 million he put into the midterms, he's given Ron DeSantis 10 million. He's given Trump a couple million dollars back in 2018. This is a guy who can absolutely swing elections because he is got the money to do it, and he is out there. And this comments were made actually, by the way, in Singapore. So he's out there internationally, not just telling American Republicans, but telling the world that Donald Trump is a fricking loser and the Republican Party can do better. And of course this means that Donald Trump is not gonna get any of Ken Griffin's money. Obviously the dude wants DeSantis, as do plenty of other billionaires who have also abandoned Donald Trump and started giving money to DeSantis. But here's the thing, and this is what I think everybody needs to understand about these billionaires. Donald Trump was a great president for billionaires, right? Like there was no problem with them. They did great. They got their tax cut package like Trump delivered you the tax cuts that you wanted. He did everything you wanted, right? You were not punished for shipping jobs overseas. He didn't force you to bring jobs back to America. I know some of you got hurt by his trade war, which is still going on, but overall, you got everything you wanted from Donald Trump. So the question of course is why are these Billionaires turning against him when he gave them everything they wanted because he gets it too. Obviously the answer is very simple. It's not that they don't like Trump or his policies, it's that they're worried the rest of the country doesn't like Donald Trump and he won't win election, and then they don't get all their goodies, or at least not as many goodies from the Democrats as they would get from the Republicans. That's what this is about. You know, his personal feelings, Ken Griffin's personal feelings about Donald Trump don't matter. What matters is that he likes the policies, he just doesn't like the package that they come in. And that's why he wants to go for Rhon DeSantis, who will do exactly what Trump would do. He just won't be as abrasive when he does it.
