In this practice, children imagine sitting peacefully beneath a warm sun, feeling its gentle light like a soft hug. As they breathe in, they notice warmth and calm. As they breathe out, their bodies soften and relax. This helps children feel settled, reassured, and ready to engage kindly with themselves and others.
