Dead Space 3 Full Game Walkthrough No Commentary Let´s Play Dead Space 3 is an action video game that combines survival horror with a science fiction setting. From a third-person perspective, players steer main protagonist Isaac Clarke through a story campaign comprised of individual levels. Players explore many landscapes, mostly on the icy planet of Tau Volantis, accomplishing tasks based on the game's narrative while also tackling physics-based puzzles and fending against enemies known as Necromorphs. Isaac can walk normally, climb ladders to higher levels, and rappel up and down sheer slopes, all with the use of controls for lateral movement and avoiding environmental hazards. There are times when Isaac can go into space, but he can't stay there for long since he's running out of oxygen. Isaac uses his RIG suit to investigate space junk and abandoned ships in locations where there is no gravity. When Isaac is on the hunt for treasure, he may smash containers with a melee attack or a stomp. A person with the Kinesis power can push or pull an object, whereas those with the Stasis power may freeze their target in place for a short period of time. All save the interface for a crafting bench appear as diegetic holographic projections in-game, just like in previous Dead Space games. The health and energy bars for Isaac are displayed on the RIG suit's back, ammo counts are displayed on weapons, and the game does not halt when the inventory panel is opened. Various environmental Necromorphs are Isaac's primary foes, but he also faces human antagonists and occasionally engages in three-way conflicts with these creatures and human troops. Strategic dismemberment is the only way to kill the Necromorphs, and Isaac has two options for doing it. Isaac can use cover, such as box heaps, to protect himself from enemy fire in addition to the usual movement-based fighting. All weapons use the same supply of ammo. Some supplies, including health, weapons, and ammo, may be discovered in the environment, while more supplies and specialized weaponry can be crafted at crafting benches strewn around the campaign. Using blueprints, players may create weapons with a wide variety of fire modes, melee counter upgrades, and damage boosts. Using a scavenging robot equipped with ammo looted from dead adversaries, players may acquire crafting materials from the world around them. The bench interface also supports microtransactions where resources can be purchased with real money. In addition to the single-player campaign, there is also a cooperative (co-op) multiplayer option where two players take on the role of John Carver, the game's secondary protagonist. The host player may start a co-op session from the main menu and invite a buddy or make it open to anybody who wants to join in. The plot remains mostly unaltered, although the game's puzzles are modified, and new Carver-related side quests and cutscenes become available in co-op mode. The "asymmetrical dementia" mechanic, in which partners go through contrasting hallucinations, is a key aspect of the cooperative campaign. The Kinect motion sensor is built into the Xbox 360 edition, allowing players to interact and activate features like stasis just by speaking their orders. When you beat the game, you'll gain access to New Game Plus, which lets you bring your weapons and armor with you into the next game and provides you with more options overall. In "Classic" mode, crafting is disabled and the game plays more like early versions. With no supplies available, "Pure Survival" puts an emphasis on careful management of health and ammo while also encouraging players to get creative. The "Hardcore" difficulty adds the feature of permadeath, in which Isaac has only one life and the player must start the story over after his death.
