Drone footage of collapsed restaurant in N. China, at least 17 dead

A two-story restaurant collapsed at around 9:40 a.m. in the city of Linfen, north China's Shanxi Province. According to the latest number, 45 people have been pulled out of the debris. Among them, 17 have been confirmed dead while 28 others are injured, of whom seven are serious.
