The first battle with audio, yes! Erika was extremely annoying that I had to use a hyper potion, because fucking sleep lasts longer on my side, but takes 1 turn on my opponent's side[Don't get discouraged by my shitty luck]. Those 31 IVs are also apparent on the enemies. This is the first true battle where you won't see anymore unevolved pokemon and you'll see very strong and competitive movesets and more advanced items. And the rest of the gym battles, rival fights, and other bosses will get like this. 4 members of her team has sleep powder, which is very irritating. Many abuse sunny day's effects with clorophyll. She also has one full heal. Oh, and you are required to have a cut hm slave for this one. That's just great. [It's doesn't hinder one that much though]. Lv 32 Victrebel: Her lead was very dangerous. [Possibly the most lethal member since its the only one capable of sweeping] Its swords dance will power up sludge bomb to OHKO anything not resistant or immune to it. It sleep powdered me first, so it managed to get 2 swords dance, and spammed leaf blade. Good thing metang is really resistant and woke up quick. Lv 31 Ludicolo: The counter to fire types with rain dance and surf. Surprisingly no ice beam to deal with flying and dragons. Which aerial ace shelgon took care of very nicely. The weaknesses on this thing are very uncommon though, and it has decent special defense and special attack. Under rain, it will double its speed. Lv 32 Jumpluff: Arrrgh this thing pissed me off. Not only does it have sleep powder, but it has leech seed, sunny day, and solarbeam. Sunny day might make them fire weak, but it activates their clorophyll ability, which doubles their speed. And it removes charge from solar beam. I'm amazed at milotic's ability to take 2 solar beams with some lowered hp, but this thing needs to learn to wake up faster. This is based entirely by surviving for at least 5 turns when asleep, since sleep at maximum wears off at 5 turns, and 1 turn at minimum. This one was really close, but jinx could've taken on jumpluff easily. Lv 34 Blissey: Ehh.... POKEMON STADIUM 2 REFERENCE. Yea she had one there, and its what you expect out of a blissey. Thunderwave, seismic toss, softboiled, and ice beam. You know it has faggotry. It also has natural cure, which I took advantage of. One thing to keep in mind is that this thing has a prized held item, leftovers, much better than starf berries. Steal it if you can to remove its healing and gain some healing forever. Oh, and use physical attacks, special attacks will do jack if you really need to know what to do against it. For a guaranteed OHKO, you need a strong stab fighting move, or a really powerful attack stat to back up brick break. Lv 35 Vileplume: The first of her two mains, It has traditional faggotry like victrebel, but with sunny day instead of swords dance. Take it out with a strong supereffective special attack. This thing hits hard, and I think this has a starf berry. Lv 35 Bellossom: The second of her two mains, this one is bulkier and can take a stabbed supereffective ice beam from a jynx (the strongest ice attacker), and has a starf berry. Do some prior damage to it, or it will be healed. Starf powered leaf blade will hurt. Official team: Pupitar wasn't used due to 4x weakness to everything except blissey, but blissey has ice beam. An hm slave replaced him for the moment. Slaking was very important for OHKOing blissey. Jynx was essential to steal leftovers, kill remaining grass types, and put stuff to sleep. Shelgon was critical to kill ludicolo, and it did a fantastic job of doing so. Metang did rather horribly against victrebel, but it was the only one with immunities to swords danced sludge bomb, resistances to leaf blade, and a super effective psychic. Milotic is of course, expected not to do well being weak to grass, and staying asleep for that long cost me a hyper potion... and almost its life. But ice beam milotic took down jumpluff. Strategies Strong and fast psychic types can take care of victrebel and vilelplume with a stabbed psychic, my metang has neither speed nor psychic power to hurt victrebel significantly. Take advantage of the 4x weakness of jumpluff or its many weaknesses. And do watch out for sunny day, sure it powers your fire attacks, but these bitches are too fast under the sun and leave sleep powder to incapacitate the fire types, and start hammering attacks. Blissey can take any special attack aimed at the grass types, and even some weak physical attacks. Ludicolo is a problem with its rather uncommon weaknesses to flying, bug, and poison and its many resistances. Regardless, prey on those weaknesses, and if not, strong stabbed neutral physical attacks will do the most damage to it. all of the pokemon, bring loads of full heals and hyper potions. [Not too hard, not too easy without "scrub" tactics *x items I'm looking at you*]
