How to make Pea Chicken Pulao Ingredients: Chicken ½ kg Rice 2 cups (washed and soaked for 30 minutes) Peas 1 cup Onion 2 medium (finely chopped) Yogurt ½ cup Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon Green chillies 2 pcs Satif garam masala (bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom) Salt to taste Red chilli 1 teaspoon Haldi ½ teaspoon Cereal seeds 1 teaspoon Oil 4 tablespoons Water 3 cups Green coriander and mint (for garnish) 👩‍🍳 How to make: Heat oil in a pan, add satif garam masala and let it smell good. Add onion and fry till golden. Add ginger garlic paste and fry lightly. Add chicken and fry well until it changes color. Add curd, salt, red chilli, turmeric and cumin seeds and cook till the oil separates. Add peas and green chillies and fry for 2 minutes. Add water and let it boil. Add rice, mix lightly and cover with a lid. When the water dries up, keep it on low for 10 minutes. Add green coriander and mint and serve hot 😋 🍽️ Matar Chicken Pulao Recipe Ingredients: 500 g chicken 2 cups basmati rice (washed & soaked for 30 minutes) 1 cup green peas (matar) 2 medium onions (finely sliced) ½ cup yogurt 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 green chilies Whole spices (bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom) Salt to taste 1 tsp red chili powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 4 tbsp cooking oil 3 cups water Fresh coriander & mint for garnish Method: Heat oil in a pot and add whole spices. Let them release aroma. Add sliced ​​onions and fry until golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add chicken and cook until it changes color. Add yogurt, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and cumin seeds. Cook until oil separates. Add green peas and green chilies, sauté for 2 minutes. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Add soaked rice, mix gently, and cover the pot. Cook on low heat until water dries and rice is done. Give dum for 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander and mint.
